HP LATEX 3000 printing

• The ink of the printer is water-based, clean of allergens.
• It creates a flexible cover on the surface of the base material; it stretches together with the material itself at car-decorations (the traditional UV is not capable of this)
• Its lifespan is the same as Eco solvent paint (outdoors 3 years without lamination, 5 years with lamination/ indoors 5 years without lamination, 7 years with lamination).
• High quality scratch-resistance without lamination. (the based material would get torn earlier, than the paint would ’run out of’ from the base material).

The Optimizer layer is responsible for the permanency of colours, besides the fast printing speed, and the paint-confluenceless printing. For the prints done by us, the 95% of the colours fall into the 2∆E 2000 range.

What is needed, for everything to be perfect…

The ideal material formats that you can send to us:

• File format: printing press ready CMYK Composite PDF. In the case of exported PDF: PDF/X-1a standard. In the case of direct-colour materials: PDF/X-4.
• Pictures: CMYK, 300 DPI, preferably JPG without compression.
• Fonts: All the fonts in the file should be embedded and converted to shape.
• Text: For the errors in the content, or grammar, we cannot take responsibility after the proof-reading, and approval.
• Colours: We would kindly ask you to put only the colours that will be printed into the file/material. We would like you to change the unnecessary, direct colours into the CMYK-colour system. In the case of using a stanc-form, we would kindly ask you to give these layers as direct colours (in a separate colour-extract).
• Size: We would kindly ask for the sizing of the given files according to the sizes stated in the order. In the case of a catwalk we would kindly ask for a +5-5mm safety margin.
• Files: We can accept and use all popular file formats, via e-mail (15 MB), via FTP, or via an USB-drive, both to Macintosh, and to PC platforms. It would make the receiving and the information processing easier, if in the sent file only contains information, or sub-files in connection with the actual work or order.
• Naturally, if you need a new graphic design, or you need help with the setting of these data, our team would gladly help.
